We will provide resident billing for electric, gas, water, sewer, trash and other services. The billing may be performed using ratio utility billing (RUBS) or submetered resident consumption data. We also offer convergent billing services so that additional fee items such as rent, trash, cable, etc. can be included on the utility bill.

Our vacancy capture system will help managers save time & recoup money for utilities that residents failed to transfer in a timely manner.

Payment Processing

With payment processing we collect all of the payments and write a check to you for the total collected every month. Your residents have the option to mail their utility payment directly to us, make payments online for automatic processing, or pay on-site with managers. It's that easy! This takes a lot of stress and time-consuming work off of your staff.

Submetering

If you are interested in measuring actual usage by unit, or if your area regulations require it, APS can help install your submetering system. Whether new construction, retrofitting, or repair, upgrade, or maintaining an existing system, APS’s submetering team will get it done right. We utilize wireless technology, helping ensure the least obtrusive installation and enabling remote meter reads thus eliminating the need to enter apartments.
